Ministry to all ages

Since 1941, Our Redeemer Lutheran Church has been serving the Lord and the people of the greater Dallas area. With hundreds of families covering the age spectrum, Our Redeemer takes care to offer ministry to all ages with a special emphasis on our pre-school and elementary school, helping yet another generation grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

What we Believe

As a member of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod(LCMS) our church accepts and preaches the Bible-based teachings of Martin Luther that inspired the reformation of the Christian Church in the 16th century. The teaching of Luther and the reformers can be summarized in three phases:

Our Redeemer Lutheran Church believes, teaches, and confesses that Jesus Christ, true God and also true man, is our Lord and has redeemed us, who were lost and condemned, purchased and won us from all sins, from death, and from the power of the devil; not with gold or silver, but with His holy, precious blood and with His innocent suffering and death. We know this to be true, because the Holy Scriptures, which are the Word of God, tell us. We regard the three Christian creeds and the confessions of the Evangelical Lutheran Church as faithful summaries of God’s Word.
